Setting Up a Custom Championship on an Assetto Corsa Server

Running a custom championship on your Assetto Corsa server allows you to organize structured race events with points, multiple rounds, and customized rules. This tutorial will guide you through configuring a championship system using VolticHost Game Panel.

📌 Prerequisites

• An Assetto Corsa server hosted with VolticHost.

• Access to VolticHost Game Panel.

• A list of tracks, cars, and rules for your championship.

1️⃣ Setting Up the Championship Configuration

1. Log in to VolticHost Game Panel.

2. Click on your Assetto Corsa server to open the management dashboard.

3. Navigate to the File Manager tab.

4. Open the championship configuration file:

   /config/championship.ini
   

5. Define the championship name and number of events:

   [CHAMPIONSHIP]
   NAME=VolticHost GT Series
   EVENTS=5
   

✅ Basic championship setup is configured!

2️⃣ Adding Races to the Championship

1. In File Manager, open championship.ini again.

2. Define each event with a track, number of laps, and car list:

   [EVENT_1]
   TRACK=monza
   LAPS=15
   CARS=ferrari_488_gt3, lamborghini_huracan_gt3
   POINTS=25,18,15,12,10,8,6,4,2,1
   

3. Repeat for additional events, changing tracks and cars:

   POINTS=25,18,15,12,10,8,6,4,2,1
   

4. Click Save Content to apply the championship settings.

1. In File Manager, open server_cfg.ini in the /config/ directory.

2. Enable championship mode:

   CHAMPIONSHIP_MODE=1
   

3. Click Save Content to apply the changes.

4️⃣ Restarting the Server to Apply Championship Settings

1. Navigate to the Console tab.

2. Click Stop to shut down the server.

3. Click Start to restart it with the new championship settings.
