How to Back Up and Restore Your ECO Server

Backing up your ECO server is an essential step in preventing data loss and ensuring that you can recover your server's progress in case of an issue. This guide will walk you through how to back up and restore your ECO server using the VolticHost Game Panel.

Prerequisites

  • An ECO server purchased at VolticHost.com

  • Access to the VolticHost Game Panel

  • Understanding of server backup practices (recommended)

Backing Up Your ECO Server

  1. Log in to your VolticHost Game Panel.

  2. Click on your ECO server.

  3. Navigate to the Backups tab in the panel.

  4. Click Create Backup.

  5. Select the type of backup you want:

    • Full Backup: Includes all server data, configurations, and world files.

    • World Backup: Backs up only the world files and player data.

  6. Choose a backup name or leave the default name.

  7. Click Start Backup to initiate the process.

Restoring a Backup
