How to Configure Admin Permissions on Your ECO Server

Setting up admin permissions on your ECO server allows you to manage players, enforce rules, and configure server settings efficiently. This guide will walk you through adding and managing admins using the VolticHost Game Panel.


Prerequisites

  • An ECO server purchased at VolticHost.com

  • Access to the VolticHost Game Panel

  • The Steam ID or Username of the player you want to grant admin privileges


Adding an Admin to Your ECO Server

  1. Log in to your VolticHost Game Panel.

  2. Click on your ECO server.

  3. Navigate to the File Manager tab.

  4. Open the Users.eco file inside the Configs folder.

  5. Locate the Admins section and add the player's Steam ID or Username in the following format:

    "Admins": [
        "SteamID1",
        "SteamID2"
    ],
    
    
  6. Click Save File to confirm the changes.

The selected players now have admin privileges on your ECO server!


Adjusting Admin Permissions

  1. Open the Permissions.eco file in the Configs folder.
