Enabling and Configuring Tribe Log and Admin Logging on an ARK: Survival Evolved Server

Keeping track of player activities, tribe logs, and admin commands helps prevent abuse, investigate issues, and enforce server rules. By enabling logging features, you can review tribe activities, track admin commands, and log in-game events.

📌 Prerequisites

• An ARK: Survival Evolved server purchased at VolticHost.com

• Access to https://panel.voltichost.com

• A way to access log files (File Manager or SFTP)

1️⃣ Enable Tribe Log and Admin Command Logging

1. Log in to https://panel.voltichost.com

2. Click on your ARK: Survival Evolved server.

3. Navigate to the File Manager tab.

4. Open the following file for editing:

   /ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/GameUserSettings.ini
   

5. Add or modify the following settings under [ServerSettings]:

   ServerAdminLogs=true
   AdminLogging=true
   ShowTribeName=True
   TribeLogDestroyedEnemyStructures=True
   

6. Click Save File.

2️⃣ Enable Full Server Logging (Optional)

To log all player actions, add this to GameUserSettings.ini:
